An article co-authored by Professor Takehiko Kariya, Nissan Institute of Japanese Studies, Oxford and Dr Satoshi Araki, Department of Sociology and Social Policy, Lingnan University, has been published and is openly accessible through the European Sociological Review with the title of “Credential Inflation and Decredentialization: Re-examining the Mechanism of the Devaluation of Degrees”. ERS is one of the top journals in sociology in Europe.
