Part 2:  Sake and Japanese food tasting

 

Several types and labels of Sake will be presented, including the acclaimed Urakasumi.  These will be accompanied by sushi and other Japanese food, sponsored by Mizkan Foods and the Embassy of Japan in the U.K.
